Terms & Conditions 条款与规则

1. This campaign will be valid until 31st December 2022 (“Campaign Period”).

2. This Campaign is organised by NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“EASI”) and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
   本次活动由NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd（“百家外卖”）举办，并受马来西亚法律管辖。
3. During the Campaign Period, anyone who use RM14.90 to buy EASI Plus membership is EASI platform will get the following vouchers:
   活动期间，用户在 EASI 平台使用 RM14.90 购买 EASI Plus（吃货卡）会员，将获得以下优惠券：
   • Ten (10) RM5 Free Delivery Vouchers with no min spend
     十（10）张 RM5 无门槛免运优惠券
   • Ten (10) 15% Discount up to RM10 Self Pick Up Vouchers with no min spend
     十（10）张 15%折扣高达RM10无门槛自提优惠券
     
4. EASI Plus membership privilege will be renewed every 30 days。
   EASI会员（吃货卡）权益每30天发放一次。
5. EASI reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny any Users from enjoying the vouchers given if it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. EASI’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Campaign.
   如果认为有任何欺诈或不当行为的可能性，EASI 保留拒绝、限制或拒绝任何用户享用任何优惠券的权利。本次活动Easi有最终决定权。
6. EASI reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time.
