Terms & Conditions 条款与规则

1. This campaign will be valid until 30th September 2022 , both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
   本次活动有效至2022年9月30日（“活动期”）
2. This Campaign is organised by NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“EASI”) and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
   本次活动由NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd（“百家外卖”）举办，并受马来西亚法律管辖。
3. During the Campaign Period, anyone who has not register with EASI platoform before (“New Users”) will get the following vouchers after registering.
   活动期间，没有在EASI平台上注册过的人(“新用户“)，一旦注册成为我们的用户，既可获取以下优惠券，仅限线上支付的餐饮订单：
   • Three (3) RM5 Vouchers
     三个 RM5 优惠券
     without minimum spending requirement, valid for 14 days
     无最低消费，14天有效
   • Three (3) 25% Discount Vouchers
     三个 25%折扣优惠券
     discount up to RM25 for all self-pickup orders at EASI’s food and beverage merchants without minimum spending requirement, valid for 30 days
     到店自取的餐饮订单享有高达RM25的折扣，无最低消费，30天有效期
   • One (1) 30% Discount Vouchers
     一个 30% 折扣优惠券
     discount up to RM10 for order value more than RM35 at new merchants, valid for 30 days. New merchants are merchants who join EASI platform for less than 30 days.
     在新商家消费满RM35可享高达RM10折扣，30天有效期。新商家为30天以内加入 EASI 的商家
   • One (1) RM10 Delivery Discount Vouchers
     一个 RM10 运费折扣券
     with minimum spending of RM50 at food and beverage merchants, valid for 30 days
     在餐饮商家消费满 RM50，30天有效期
4. Easi reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny any Users from enjoying the vouchers given if it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. Easi’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Campaign.
   如果认为有任何欺诈或不当行为的可能性，Easi 保留拒绝、限制或拒绝任何用户享用任何优惠券的权利。本次活动Easi有最终决定权。
5. Easi reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time.

6. By participating in the Campaign, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agrees that Easi may use its personal data for this Campaign.
