  1. This campaign will be held from 1st August to 31st December 2022 , both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
    本次活动将于2022年8月1日至12月31日举行，日期包括（“活动期”）
    • 1st August 2022 – 31st August 2022 (2022年8月1日 – 31日)
    • 1st September 2022 – 30th September 2022 (2022年9月1日 – 30日)
    • 1st October 2022 – 31st October 2022 (2022年10月1日 – 31日)
    • 1st November 2022 – 30th November 2022 (2022年11月1日 – 30日)
    • 1st December 2022 – 31st December 2022 (2022年12月1日 – 31日)
  2. This Campaign is organized by NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“EASI”) and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
    本次活动由NKL360 Malaysia Sdn Bhd（“百家外卖”）举办，并受马来西亚法律管辖。
  3. Every month between August to December 2022, organizer will consolidate and list out 5 top spenders in EASI platform based on cumulative spending paid using Boost eWallet within the said month. The 5 finalist will be announced within two(2) weeks of the subsequent month.
    活动期间，主办单位将选出 11 位在 EASI 平台累计使用 Boost 电子钱包支付消费的最高的用户，并在下一个月的两周内宣布。
  4. EASI customer service will contact winner via phone call to arrange the reward fulfillment. In the event winner is unreachable after 3 attempts of phone call, the next top spender will win the prize.
    EASI 客服人员将会致电给赢家以安排奖品的发送。如果尝试了3次都无法联系赢家，下一位最高消费者将会代替而赢取该奖品。

    • 1 x August Grand Prize: 650,000 Boost Stars
      1 x 每月大奖：650,000 Boost Stars 10 x August Runner Up: 65,000 Boost Stars
      10 x 每月二等奖：65,000 Boost Stars
    • 1 x Monthly (except August) Grand Prize: 200,000 Boost Stars
      1 x 每月(八月以外)大奖：200,000 Boost Stars
    • 10 x Monthly (except August) Runner Up: 50,000 Boost Stars
      10 x 每月(八月以外)二等奖：50,000 Boost Stars
  6. The prizes will be in the form of redemption code only redeemable in the Boost app under menu Profile > Redemption Code.
    奖品将会是以奖品兑换码形式发送给赢家. 赢家需要在 Boost 电子钱包 app 里的 Profile > Redemption Code 输入奖品兑换码.
  7. Winners must enter the prize redemption code into Boost app within three (3) months upon receiving the code, or else the code will be expired and no replacement request will be entertained.
    赢家必须在收到奖品兑换码的三(3)个月内输入进 Boost 电子钱包，过期作废，举办方将不受理任何更换请求。
  8. The Boost Stars and prize redemption code are subject to Boost’s terms and conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” terms and conditions.
    Boost Stars 和奖品兑换码受 Boost 条款和条件以及 Boost Loyalty Program “BoostUp” 条款和条件的约束。
  9. EASI reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny any Users from enjoying the prizes if the winner is unreachable within first 3 days of subsequent month or it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. EASI’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Campaign.
    如果EASI 在每个月的头天无法联系三个月的赢家或认为有任何欺诈或不当行为的可能性，EASI 保留拒绝、限制或拒绝任何活动赢家的权利。本次活动EASI有最终决定权。
  10. EASI reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
